The TechArt GTstreet fender flares on the front axle add 10 mm to the two-door’s width and give it an even more dynamic appearance. But that’s not all: The air outlets behind the front wheel houses optimize brake venting. The larger air ducts in the rear sidewalls provide engine and intercoolers with a larger supply of cooling air. For an optimal transition between front and rear fenders the TechArt designers have developed rocker panels that complement the new contours. TechArt mirror and headlamp moldings provide the finishing touches.
Athletic beauty: The TechArt Widebody based on the Porsche Boxster of the 987 model range doesn’t only offer spectacular design but also extra driving fun and agility. After the huge success of the Widebody concept for the first Boxster generation, TechArt Automobildesign developed a wide body version for the current version of the roadster.
The TechArt VarioPlus coil-over suspension is available for all vehicles factory-equipped with the electronically adjustable PASM damper system. This chassis offers not only an individually adjustable ride height by up to 25 millimeters, but also selectable ‘Normal’ and ‘Sport’ damper settings at the push of a button on the dashboard.
The 3.6 liter boxer engine was modified by TechArt in many details. Two bigger turbochargers contribute to the TechArt engine tuning just as the sports air filter and the stainless steel exhaust system with special manifolds and integrated high performance catalysts. All modifications get exactly tuned by the recalibrated ECU.
TechArt Automobildesign supports the new campaign aimed at increasing awareness for safe and legal tuning with the world’s fastest police car. The Porsche 911 Carrera S has been completely modified by TechArt and reaches a top speed of some 300 km/h thanks to 370-hp / 272-kW performance tuning.
Exclusive automobile interiors have gained TechArt Automobildesign worldwide fame and recognition. The Swiss furniture manufacturer de Sede occupies the same lofty position in the area of seating furniture. The idea of combining the unique qualities of both companies in new automotive creations was born in 2006. At the Geneva Motor Show 2007 they present a 600-hp / 442-kW TechArt MAGNUM featuring the new TechArt interior line ‘de Sede of Switzerland.’
The TechArt engine department was hard at work developing an extremely powerful version. A newly programmed Motronic and a sport air filter complete this tuning level.
The TechArt TA 096/T3 tuning kit boosts power output of the water-cooled 3.6-liter flat six engine from standard 420 hp / 309 kW to 600 hp / 441 kW. The conversion comprises two larger turbochargers and intercoolers, special aluminum intake manifolds, a sport air filter and the TechArt stainless-steel exhaust system with integrated high-performance catalysts. Newly programmed engine electronics ensure that all modifications work together flawlessly.
With its 2001 TechArt GTstreet based on the Porsche 911 Turbo of the 996 model series, TechArt Automobildesign created one of the fastest and most powerful street-legal sports cars of its time. The next evolutionary stage of this fascinating concept celebrates its world debut at the Geneva Motor Show 2007: The new TechArt GTstreet, based on the 911 Turbo of the latest 997 series, starts at 245,000 Euros MSRP.

The TechArt designers have developed aerodynamically efficient custom-tailored body components made from exposed carbon fiber that serve as a visual contrast to the metallic-orange special paint. A new air outlet on the upper half of the front fascia and a one-piece spoiler lip on the lower half give the front of the two-seater an even more dynamic appearance. The low-reaching front spoiler reduces lift on the front axle at high speeds further and thus further optimizes directional stability.
