Maranello, 21st March - The three F 310 B cars that Ferrari will field in the forthcoming Brazilian Grand Prix on 30th March at Interlagos were today given their shakedown. Eddie Irvine completed a total of 26 timed laps: 14 with Schumacher's car (chassis no. 174,) 6 in his own (173) and the rest in the spare (175.) His best time was 1m 00.985s. In the late afternoon Irvine worked on testing four different Goodyear rain tyres. On a pleasant spring day it was necessary to flood the track with water from eight water tankers. Irvine did 12 laps with a best time of 1m 14.089s. Michael Schumacher will continue tyre testing tomorrow.
