Agreement between Ferrari and Finmeccanica

Maranello, 21st March 1997 Ferrari and Finmeccanica, with its companies AleniaAerospazio and Agusta, have reached a long term collaboration agreement. This collaboration will cover the exchange of technical information in the sectors of advanced technology using new materials, quality control systems and manufacturing processes with light alloys. Ferrari, through the Gestione Sportiva, is particularly interested in acquiring experience of AleniaAerospazio and Agusta's aeronautical technologies, for use in its competition cars.
